car is bucking
my car has been bucking around 4500 RPM ever since i had my fuel pump replaced. Causes ??????
Maybe need new plugs?
New air filter?
Maybe they put a bad fuel pump in?

3rd and 1800 rpm is a little low, itll buck when you try and accelerate because the gear is too tall to run at that rpm for any kind've power, either that or you need a clutch, and start your own threads man.
to the op, you need to hookup a fuel pressure gauge and watch it while driving, poke it through the hood/cowl,

Did you replace your fuel filter during this? If not you should have. Sounds like a tuning issue almost but you said you replaced the fuel pump.... same flow I take it? Old was stock and new is stock size? It could be a bad pump but I would recommend what enix said. Yes, it could be air filter or plugs... but right after a pump install I would take it directly back to where you had it and make them fix the problem and you pay no more money whatsoever and it be done now. As courteously as possible is how this should be handled..... be careful. Maybe you don't want to take it back if they are a bad shop. Good luck man.
