Default Motor swap

I have an 88 notchback, LX 5.0 with speed density. I am thinking about dropping in a 93 Cobra 5.0 motor. Any problem with using the speed density system? Will the Cobra air intake system bolt up to the speed density? Do I need any different harnessing? Will the computer chip need to be changed?

I am pretty new to the engine swapping game so all input is more than welcome.

Thanks for the help.
