5.0 front crankshaft oil seal

hi everyone i have a 1984 mustang 5.0 ho motor i was just wonder how hard is to do front crankshaft oil seal i notice that underneath my pulley it spit little drips of oil out of it thanks bye

well mine was rear install so i had to pull the timing cover to do mine but its not really that hard

I dont think you need to pull off the cover, I could be wrong on that. you'll need a puller for the balancer. an impact wrench and 15/16 socket to take off the pulley bolt

it all depends if the cover has a front install seal or a rear if its rear covers got to come off if its front pull the balancer, pull the seal and replace.

i wasnt that lucky
