Default What kind of chip and O2 sensors?

Asking this question for my cousing. I'm more of an old school guy as you can see, but He just got a '90 5.0 with roush heads, E303 cam, Cobra intake, dual flowmaster exhaust with the cats removed.
RIght now the O2 sensors aren't hooked up and its running the stock computer. I believe its running a little rich right now. What kind of chip would work best for this setup and does he need to try to hook the O2 sensors back up? If so where should the O2 sensors go?

yes you need to hook the o2's back up, otherwise a/f is not properly calculated and it 'll run off preset parameters
