Default 94 gt Do not know what the problem is.

Ok my buddy has a 94 gt Its dumping the fuel and fowling the plugs in minutes it adles at 1500-2000 rpms. He has put a adjustable regulator and temp senors. Performance it has full edlebrock intake "Manifold up" and full exhaust. Anyone have any idea why its doing this?
Thanks in advanced

what is the fuel pressure set at? 38-40psi is good on an adjustable reg, make sure he's got the vacuum line reconnected to it or it will not operate. also you need to find a way to check fuel pressure because a bad regulator w/ vac line connected will actually suck fuel up into the manifold through the vac line. bad o2 sensors can cause excessive fuel fouling plugs, it happened to me...also, a bad coolant temp sensor can tell the pcm that the car is "always cold" dumping more gas in off idle like it is supposed to because a colder car takes more fuel then a warm car. you can check resistance with a multimeter, google the resistance, you should test the sensor which is on the coolant rail, once the car is at operating temp. i would check fp first then go to temp sensor cause its cheaper than replacing o2 sensors...
