hi everyone i was just wondering the easiest way to install the balancer by using a haromic balancer install tool and can use washers as a base because the bearing and nut go into balancer or can i use a rubber hammer and just bang it on or use the center bolt to install it later

jaw? Any harmonic balancer remover I've used was similar to a steering wheel puller, wont he just end up breaking the old balancer and have to use a jaw puller twice? Just sounds a little strange to me, though its not really a big deal if he's replacing it I suppose

To install it, a lot of times you can just use the center bolt to pull the balancer back on, but if need be use a rubber mallet on the center to knock it in enough to use the center bolt. Avoid blows to the outside of it, and don't use any kind of metal hammer.
