Ya, get one of the Edlebrock high flow pumps, they're supposed to flow 30% better.

i got a summit high flow one. havent had any issues with it

heres a tought for some ppl out there. summit parts arent always summit parts. like the summit 8.8 girdle is actually a TF 8.8 girdle with a different name on it. that also goes with many other things

all you have to due is change the impellar in a stock one.....I would also change to a 180 MR/gasket stat....you can get them from autozone's web site for 8.00

I just installed a Ford Racing hi-flow from Summitracing.
It was $48. So far it's fine. Autozone wanted $91.
Why do they put that bottom bolt on the water pump right in the way of the crank pulley?
That was kinda of a pain to remove that pulley without removing the fan but I did it.
Take your time and scrape off all of the old gasket before installing the new ater pump.
Get some Hi-temp RTV gasket in a tube (orange stuff) too, for a good seal.
