Default 5.0 Cylinder Head Bolts

About to start putting my heads back on my 92 LX 5.0 to replace head-gaskets. What is recommended to use on the cylinder head bolt threads. Especially the lower bolts that go through the water jackets so they don't leak. Thanks in advance

^^^ thats what i use

anti-seize on tops and rest of engine (especially where the bolts go into aluminum stuff

and ptfe thread sealant on the lower bolts. you can dab some rtv on the top of the threads just for extra but it's not really needed

you are supposed to use thread sealant on the lower head bolts.

I also hope you aren't using your old bolts over again.

Nope the original bolts in the car were scraped, bought ARP bolts but they just didn't cut it, now I have ARP stud bolts. Yep I have a whole jar of anti seize and a tube of thread sealant.
