K Member/A Member Question

K Member/A Member Question
OK when I got under the car today continuing with my rebuild I noticed the stock k and a members are rusting pretty badly and I may have to swap them out.
I've been looking at tubular K/A member kits but have some questions.
Do you have to go with coil over if you do a K/A member option?
If I go coil over what spring pound weight would I need (200 or 300 w 12" springs)?
Do I need aftermarket struts for a coil over? If so what kind?
I already have adjustable caster cambers so that's not a problem.
Just need some more info on this cause my new motor will be here soon and I don't want to hit a snag because the front end rusted out and I have to order parts and not know what I need. Also I can't just run to a junk yard and get a k/a member because we only have 2 around here and neither of them have a 94/95 5.0 and not only that but I'd have no way to pull the motor to get it out there as both of them are "u pull it" junk yards.
I'm trying to cut corners here as much as possible, this car is not a track car it just needs to run, but I like good handling as to me its a very important aspect of the car for safety and many other reasons. Just need some good advice here. Also if this stuff needs to be adjusted frequently I need to know that too as I don't know much about suspension and can't afford to run to a shop for work every time I turn around. They already screwed up my car enough to the point where I need a new motor because of their stupidity.
Oh I know they're called A arms, I'm just beings lazy

OK sounds good, the AJE will work without coil overs I take it?
Basically I want the easiest headache free route and I am really pretty ignorant when it comes to coil over. I know they're good for racing, but I don't do that, I just need to get from point a to point b and not worry about constant adjustment or anything breaking.

Any ideas here guys, need to know something soon in case I have to order one. Just looked on ebay stock K members with A arms are running a ridiculous $200 for 94/95 mustangs used and in some cases unpainted I'd rather just spend a few extra bucks for something new but need to make 100% sure I'm getting the right thing.
