When I turn on the key, while the key is in the crank position, I have power to these, and I can see the radio ON, when i release the key to on after the car is started the power goes away. It has just come back on when getting down the road a bit, and its fine, seems to mostly do it in the morning. fuses are good.

any ideas?

Sorry for resurrecting this old one but if you never got an answer this may help, I had similar electrical problems like yours that turned out to be the ignition switch coming apart in the column. I was able to narrow the issue down to the ignition switch by jiggling the key in the column while everything was on, and all my accessories would go on and off.

When i went to replace it, it fell apart in my hands lol. It was a cheap part and maybe a 20 min part to replace the only thing is to get the security torx bits. I found them at autozone where i bought the part.
