well, you answered youre own question. the cobra motors have 24# injectors, orange/tan injectors are factory ford 19# injectors. so looks like you got taken.

Well I didn't think it was a real cobra from the price I paid for a rust free 87 with T-tops. So I really think that I didn't get "taken".
Since it is a transplanted motor how would one go about pulling codes from this car. The CEL is on and it is running a little funky.
It idles fine when you go for a drive and try to get on it it falls on it's face and sputters and pops or back fires. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. The specs are 87 lx used to be 4cly now has a 5.0 out of a 93 whatever...
