Default Grinding Noise...

Ok, sometimes when i start out driving from a red light or whatever, i can feel a grinding type feeling under my seat. I think it might be the trans but i'm not sure. Can anyone help?

Maybe its a bad tranny mount and youre hearing vibrabions through the floor boards? Also exhaust may be suspect as well.</P>
