So right after I start my car, I'll get a beep cycle that typically loops 3 times, about 5 or so times a piece, and it sounds like it's coming from below the clock, and right above the radio. A bit of reading says it could be the air bags. The SRS light does not light up when I start the car, or ever for that matter. Car just passed safety inspection with its last owner so I'm not sure if this will impact that, but where do I start with fixing it?

quite possibly the airbag system. Bring the car to your local ford dealer and let them diagnose the problem. They are required to tell you what is wrong with the car, otherwise you don't have to pay.

Then purchase the needed parts from someone parting out a car.
