A/C, Blinkers, Back up lights all not working

A/C, Blinkers, Back up lights all not working
So today my air condition decided to stop working. The fan wont turn on, on any speed, and it doesnt work on any setting (max a/c, norm a/c, vent, fan, defrost). I also just noticed my blinkers and back up lights stopped working at the same time. I checked all my fuses and only one was blown, which was number 12 which said it was a breaker, it also had a 15amp in it when the book said 25, so i replaced it with a 25 and everything still doesnt work......any ideas?
I also was using the manual from a 1993 gt when i have a 1990 lx if that makes any difference, but i still checked every single fuse and they were all good
