Angry aeromotive fuer rails and regulator

I have automotive fpr and fuel rails and the fuel system runs From the tank it go's into the right side of the regulator (with the fuel gauge port pointing to yourself) and go's out the left side and the return out the bottom. From the regulator to the fuel rails it go's into the passenger side front rail them go's out the back of the passenger side rail into the back side of the driver side is this right or do I need to do something else. the problem I'm having is when I hammer down in 1st and 2nd it lays down in 3rd and then all of a sudden it picks right up and runs fine. I have had it lay down in 2nd a couple of times I have tryed plugs wires made sure no fuel leaks tps I don't know what else to look for if someone could tell me if the fuel lines are ran correctly thanks

I thought the fuel line went into the rear of the passenger side with those rails (assuming you ran new lines), crossed over to the driver side in the front, and exited the rear on the driver side rail to the return line. I could be wrong. I haven't had to mess with the fuel lines yet.

If you rev up the car while sitting still does it seem like it's starving for fuel at a given RPM?

Hopefully someone else will know for sure the exact way to run the lines.
