Best spark plug boot removal tool?
I pulled the #1 spark plug boot to set TDC, BUT, it was a PITA! I'm used to 4 cyl with plugs easily accessible on the top of the engine - what special tools are best to remove the spark plug boots? And can get to ALL the boots on left/right/front/back? I want to replace the plugs, but dayum....need the right tool!
What's the "magic tool"? I'm too old to scrape up my arms getting the boots off!

As Milton suggested or take a clothes hanger and make tool. Make a 180* bend just the size of spark plug, bend wire 90* out from there. Go out 6-8" and make a loop for finger to go in. Put 180* end just below plug wire and pull. Wire more thick(stronger) than hanger wire will make better tool.

I resemble that remark!
yeah, I'm a tool.....I admit it - only 11 more steps to go!
I bought a tool at autozone - useful on some, but not all, of the plugs.
The bigger issue was torquing some of the plugs - very hard to get at the plugs on the driver side with a torque wrench.
