Hello, I have a 1989 mustang gt that the starter got stuck engaged and burned up. In the process it also burned up my battery. Well it sat for 2 years in the garage and I finally replaced the stater, battery and selinoid. Now it wont start. It cranks but the fuel pump does not start up. I tested the fuel pump and it works. I replace the fuel relay and checked the inertia switch. Nothing helped, still no fuel pump being activated. Did I fry something else? Any and all help would be so much appreciated.

Check fueses? A DMM would be a great ally to finding the problem!
