Is the intake worth the $310, or what other intake is? What would you guys recommend for the money? (intake)

no.....they do give a huge wt saving but over time just start cracking.....

Default Comp Polymers Intake

i have one on one of my cars and you couldn't ask for a better intake. the rpm range is high. i have never heard of any of the boxes cracking or anything like that. i am not sure where v-fast got his info. comp will replace products. i had some valve covers that i broke on my own they were not even on the car and they replaced them. they stand behind their products weather it is a cam or this intake. i was kinda noy sure about these intakes but they have made me believers now. i am getting the gt-40 version soon. i might be able to part with mine for the right price so i can go on and get the gt-40 version.

never had this problem with any that i have used or installed. on guy has run his for 3 years now. no problems yet. he drives it in the snow and everything all summer and winter both. no problems what so ever.</P>
