Mustang rear shakes or rather jolts when accelerating between 1.2-2k rpms. when slowing down there is no jolts/bogging. When it does start you can remove your foot off the gas and it goes away. The car has new shocks, front rotors, new oil and filter, new trans filter and fluid with Lucas additive, and new break.

What I have noticed is:
@40mph 1.5k rpms car shakes
@30mph 1.5-2k rpms car shakes
@30mph 1.2k rpms car shakes

This shaking does not happen all the time but it does get worse if more torque is applied via the throttle.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Trans fluid level is where it should be.
Car still jerks even driven without the air filter so that's not it either.

Could be the U joints? Just a guess. Mine shook bad under power but was fine going down hill. Replaced U joints and fixed it

Just changed the u joints out and the car is still shaking under load. Replacement of u joints did not help.

throwout bearing or input shaft bearing maybe? o wait, its an auto correct? possibly output shaft bearing. does it do it at all speeds, or ONLY at the speeds described?

yea I am confused is yer motor surging or do you think there is some suspension pieces loose?

What mods are done to the car? tried cleaning the maf/tb?
