Roller cam question

I have a 5.0 from a 1988 F150 and was wondering if a cam for a 1987-1993 5.0 fit with no issues? Would it be better to go ahead and get a mustang motor? The reason I am asking is because I am running a harness and ECU from a 1990 mustang. Thanks

yeah itll fit no problem, but why go with a small cam? whats the rest of the motor look like?
