Default Ram Air Shaker Scoop?

Hello All,

I was hoping someone could tell me if the Shaker Scoop was available for a 94 GT. I cannot seem to find it... Was it even available?

Thanks

I've never seen a shaker scoop on a SN-95. I'm not saying that they dont exist but good luck finding one. You may have to do this custom.

Of all the looking I havent seen one either. I was thinking I might have to mod one onto it but im not sure which one to look for. And where for that matter. I would rather find a used one for an older model as this will be a project that might head south. Any Ideas?

Yes they do make one www.classicdesignconcepts.com (they might not have it on their website, but i saw an add in one of the 5.0 magazines, with instructions on how to do it, You might have to call them.

I was thinking about putting one on my car but $600-800 is alot of money for no performance gain...

Well there might be a little, maby =to a cold air intake, because the air goes from the shaker to the airbox then through the throttal body, so really it just makes the path longer for the air to flow through, So like I said probably equal to a CAI

looks really cool though.

I can see at an idle or at low speeds there would be minimal increase but once moving I dont really see the comparison between CAI and Ram Air. CAI doesnt force more air into the cylinder, it only allows more volume of cooler air to enter.
