Default High Idle on 84 CFI

Couple Questions, is there a adjustment for idle?? (sorry for being a noob here... my first 5.0)

and my Tach isn't working which wire do i need to chase for the lead?

Tach signal comes from negative side of coil. Check for vacum leak or stuck EGR. Run EEC1V tests.

check the electric choke .element on the side of the throttle body, the cfi had a set up that worked just like a carb elec choke only it held idle up vs closing a flap
