Default Alternator

Hey guys I ama new one here, and to owning a Mustang. I have purchased a 1090 5.0 for my wife this unit has a big stereo in it. The problemo I have, the impressive 75 ampere alternator that the engineers at Ford implemented. I have found a 130 ampere alternator, brand new coming in this A.M. frm NAPA> The problem, the wireing of the 130 ampere alternator that is for a 1985 E250.The regulator plug is the same, but the difference lays with the Battery and Stator hook up. The 5.0 has a plug, the E250 alternator has a battery post and another single pin connector. Anyone know how to wire this in,evidently i need to cut my wires to make this work...

you need to run a #4 wire from the alt. post to the battery, the 2 #10 wires from the factory harness are to small for 130 amps
