Default GT-40P heads

I came up on a set of GT-40P heads for my 95' Gt. Has anyone ever delt wit these heads. Are they smog legal,what headers work wit these and spark plugs ect. Will this be a Difficult job?

IIRC they used Autolite 104 plugs, and you want FMS unequal length shirties, or Mac "P" headers.

I have also read you have to adjust timing to get them to work right, but that may be false. Do a little searching and you'll find its an involved job compared to other heads, I convinced myself to not go that route

it is false. and its no harder than changing head gaskets on E7's

Indeed. I have some. Now ported as far as they can do with a pretty aggressive cam setup. Love it. If you got them cheap, get them ported. If you don't, then it's pointless to take off your stockers for them.
