Help with side power mirrors

I have an extra drivers side mirror but I need a motor assembly for the passenger side mirror. Are they interchangable? Can I use the motor assembly from the drivers side on the passenger side mirror?

Interesting to find this out. Best bet would be to call a dealer and see if the part numbers are the same between the two.
