Rough idle after...
been a while since I've posted / done anything with my 95 GT (completely stock). But here is my question, which is probably simple to answer...
I had my Rockford head unit jacked. Someone ripped off my dash piece and cut the thing right outta the car. I wasn't too worried because I knew I'd never see it again AND I've got 2 more in other cars I dont drive. (Also, the guy cut the wires off the unit instead of the harness so I guess thats the bright side here. :P) But I installed another head unit and now the car is idling really, really rough (500-700) and eventually after about 10 seconds if not given gas.
When I installed, I disconnected the positive battery cable and hooked up the unit. The factory amp (blue/white +12 volt wire) is connected to the red power wire and it's working fine. No fuses blown but she's not running smooth. What could be the problem?
I'm sure its something simple that I'm not thinking about. Been a horrible, horrible string of luck the past few months and I'm going crazy here. Thanks for any help fellas!!!
