Default Help with quarter window weatherstripping

Anyone know of any tricks to replace the weatherstripping on a Foxbody Mustang? I bought the new weatherstripping from LMR, but I could not get it to slide more than 2/3 in.

Amy suggestions would be appreciated.

Thought about using a rubber mallet, but beating the heck out of the car will still leave me with 2 quarter windows without weatherstripping. LOL. I got with the guys at LMR because trying to get these in I tore them. They sent me new ones and gave me a few tips on how to get them in. Those guys are the best!!
