Default power stearing leak

wadup guys...? Well just another problem which is very minor. Now before you start asking, hey why dont you look up your question in search.., well i did but no one really had my issue. I have to re-fill my p/S pump once a week due to the metal line on P/S that actually swivels! Could i need a new line or O ring? How much is that line and can i get it at napa? Also if i change the line wont i need to bleed system? Thanks guys!

You need to take the line out, remove the plastic O-ring, replace it, then reinstall the line. To bleed the system, simply crank the steering wheel slowly, lock to lock, with the reservoir cap off.

To answer your question about line. Yes you can get the line at NAPA. Go to napaonline.com and look it up. you can get the picture of the part the price and put the part on hold at your local store all on this web.

Make sure you keep an eye on your level when you bleed it, of course. I normally bleed with cap on though, the pressure can surge back through the reservoir and squirt out. It shouldn't if you do it slow enough, but its just preventative, you can always remove the cap after you crank the wheel a couple times and see where you're at
