ok i have a 86 umm my dash lights are red, im going to put new LED lights to brighten it up and my question is, since the background is already red, if i buy blue lights will it mess it up? or is the red background in the color itself?

the color is in the cover itself, if u shine a flashlight in the back of the controls its red and the lights are clear
