Default vortech v1 strim tuning sn95

95GT. my girl found and bought a v1 s trim charger.

Diablo chip or BAMA.

Heres the deal. bought the kit, adj FPR, anderson PP, extra fuel pump, MAF, TB, xploder intake. exhaust, 3.73s, 24 injectors. built aode. untouched stock longblock.

stock with boltons lost to a 2001 ford escape 3.0 liter. sn95s are that slow with just bolt ons. its my girls sn95.

We got the v1 used with 4000 miles on it, and all the extra stuff such as the maf and injectors and what not.

AND a 94 cobra ecm already dyno tuned with the setup. but its a 5 speed.

the chip in my girls sn95 is the bama switch chip.

Do i use the cobra ecm with diablo chip? will that ecm even work on my aode car since his was 5 speed?

Do i bother with bama for the new tune?

We're trying to be smart and keep the 10psi SAFE with no detonation. no cracked pistons no blown headgaskets, were trying to keep it safe. can the sct bama be tuned by a dyno shop if i keep that? we broke the bank already with the S/C trying to keep $$ down on doing the rest right.

Find a local dyno tuner and have them burn you a base map, then limp the car to them and have them finish the tune.

all other answers are wrong

i really dont give a flying **** what chip you have. Your dyno tuner is who you need to talk to.

Also, Mike is absolutely correct. 24# injectors are WAY too small for that engine with a supercharger. You should be running 39-42# injectors.

You can use ALL OUT AUTOMOTIVE in clayton NJ. The owner has a vortech blown 5.0 as his personal rid. runs low 10s. He should be able to help you out.

You cant use the 5spd ecm with the aode period! the switch chip can be retuned by a tuner, you can limp the car to the dyno with your stock ecm dont make any boost! My buddy used that exact charger it doesnt make a hint of boost until 3000rpm.

and no way you can use 19`s if 24`s wont work!

36 with a 302 on 10lbs you can get away with if you have the pump to and regulator to do so!
