Default Tremec TKO 600 install

I just recently installed a TKO 600 in my 94' Cobra. I used a brand new flywheel from FRPP, Spec stage 2 clutch, and a urethane transmission mount. I shimmed the transmission to try to achieve a good drive line angle. i drove it around the block for the first time today and it shakes. It' shakes when i rev it, and it shakes under load while driving. Is it shaking because of the transmission mount? Here is a few pics.

Why did you put shims in there? Does the instruction manual tell you to? I would take them out.

Are you positive your bearings and clutch is all installed right?

The instructions say to measure what your old driveline angle is before installing the tko. and shim it to achieve that same angle as your old transmission.

Im sure i installed the clutch and related components correctly. But I do still have the stock clutch cable installed. I have the adjustable cable kit, I just need to install it. But would that cause vibrations?

When you say you rev it, is that with clutch disengaged or just with the tranny in neutral?

If the cable is adjustable I wouldn't use it. It doesn't work as well as a firewall adjuster and a stock OEM cable. Throw an aluminum quadrant in there and your golden.

Do you know if the tailhousing is longer than stock? Just because you put shims in there it doesn't mean the driveshaft angle is the same if the tailhousing has a few extra inches on it.

If it's in neutral or in any gear. clutch engaged, or disengaged.

I'm not sure if the tail shaft is longer or not. Im going to try to put the stock bushing back in and see if there is a difference. I have the firewall adjuster, quadrant, and new cable.

Unless for some reason the 94' Cobra's weren't 50oz, it should be right.

That's exactly why I asked or even improperly balanced (factory defect). If you have the clutch pushed in and it still vibrates you can pretty well eliminate anything to do with the transmission or past it.

I just have a bad feeling it's the flywheel. It kinda feels like the harmonic balancer is going bad, But I know that it's fine. It was driving just fine before I started this job. The only thing I can think that is causing it is the flywheel. I just don't want to pull it apart again.
