I do I post a pic? I've got a pic of the valve stem with the mark, but I can't seem to post it. I've got it up on my album, and entered the url into the picture link, but nothing goes up.

what heads and cam do you have?? witness mark looks a little wide, try going down .050 and up .050 and compare witness marks, I assume you are using a solid mock up lifter??

Comp Cams will sell you any length pushrod you need, I think they are 'off the shelf' in .025 increments....
I think Summit has the push-rods also that are probably good enough if you are using a hydraulic roller cam.......
