Default Stang having trouble red lineing

I've noticed that my car has been having trouble red lineing for some reason. I don't know if it has to do with the spark plug gap, ignition wires, fuel pump, fuel pressure or timing. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I have my plugs gaped at .44
I have my timing set at 13*
I am running stock ignition w/MSD cap and Accel 7mm yellow wires
stock fuel pump
and fuel pressure hasn't been checked to see if its set at correct setting.

Usually, the #1 culprit behind "having trouble redlining" is the coil. It can't keep up with demand and hits a brick wall, so to speak.

Typhoon upper and lower (ported), CAI, 24# injectors w/c&l 76 mm MAF, shorty headers, adjuster fp, 1.7 cran cam rockers, 3:73 rear-end, full H-pipe 2.5in flowmaster dumps, 70mm TB, 5 speed. and its doing this in first gear. it redlines at 6,000 but it has trouble getting to about 5,200rpms. it will hesitate for a second or 2 at about 4,900 rpms and then it will redline.

I would think fuel filter too. If they get clogged pretty bad, it won't redline. Take out a plug and see if they are white.
