need help on 95 mustang gt

make sure that it's not the plug arcing due to cracked porcelien, usually on the white part you'll see a fine line of carbon tracking when cracked

ok I have already ordered new ones and will install tomorrow .Do you think this will stop my miss and tac issues

only if that is the cause, for load sensitive misfires, normally, I use a portable lab scope to ID the prob cylinder, but I know you don't have such option so all you can do is slap a part and cross your fingers
