Default No Start issues after H/I install

Well I know I been gone a while but here we go, I started this project with a 94 mustang gt left the short block completely stock, bought some trick flow tw 170's with springs, guild plates, bought some 1.6 3/8 stud mount roller rockers, and a push rod measuring tool, measured out to some 6.500 push rods so went with trick flow chromolys, put on a holley systemax upper and lower and taller valve covers, blocked off emission ports on heads, shorty headers, msd wires, msd cap & rotor, autolite 24 plugs, swapped to foxbody BBK 70mm tb and egr spacer, foxbody throttle cable, bracket, etc...I have all the sensors in intake and all other locations wired up... car ran perfectly fine except slight intake leak, ie why i opted for a 7 month tear down and decided to do heads, intakes, and fox throttle set up any ideas why my car would crank crank crank no start, wires all correct, fuel pump comes on, distributors at top dead center checked muiltiple times....any help would be awesome thanks folks, glad to be back on here haha forgot all about the internet being so busy with work

I'd say lack of spark, since it seems about the only thing you haven't checked.

tw heads normally end up with a 6.700 push rod which is what comes in all the kits....not that that may be the issue, just some food for thought, even though you say your distributor is dead on, might be 180 out.

how could it be 180 out though? if its in the same spot Im not saying your wrong but how do you check? also it was milled at a machine shop so it shortened it a little then when I measured out the rods so instead of callin up to get 6.700 so went with 6.500

have someone crank it over as you rotate the distributor clockwise then counter clockwise, if when rotating it one way or the other it begins to fire then you are a few teeth off, I've been as few as 1-2 teeth off and it'll just crank til the cows come home, but I quickly do what I just recommended and that tells me asap what the issue is

Ok folks, got it to fire right up, has a slight hesitation and misfires, might have plug wires mixed up rotated the distributor 180 cranked right over, but I could have a intake leak between the upper and lower, because upper did hit when I put the taller valve covers on so I may need a spacer or double gasket :/ but she cranked Im happy enough for now super excited just getting closer and closer thanks again for all the input!!!
