Default Cruise control cycling after 4.10 install

Hey all, well I now have 4.10s in the rear and am getting little things lined out.

I had forgot that last year my CC would at times kinda cycle on certain road situation. Now its doing it all the time except for when I'm going up a hill. I'm guessing its the ease of acceleration with the 4.10s. Do you suppose its the CC over reacting to the speed differences?

What can I look into to smooth this out?

Here are some pics of the install:

I put in a 23 tooth. The speedo and odo are nearly dead on as compared to my gps.
