Default fuel pump problem

Hey guys. Ive been building my new 89 mustang from scratch. Got everything in and was testing some things to make sure everything worked and I noticed that my fuel pump wasnt coming on. I did alot of testing of the wires and relays. If I jump the relay under the drivers seat the fuel pump comes on. Thought that the relay was bad so I bought a new one and it didnt fix the problem. I have power at the orange wire on the plug for that relay but no power at the fuel pump plug or the inertia switch. Im not really experienced with all the electrical system so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maybe this will help. The pink/black wire is the one that goes to fuel pump. Also, check to make sure there is not an inertia switch in the trunk near the left taillight. I know the diagram doesn't show one but, for some reason I thought they had one.
