Emissions?!
When I took my 5.0 to the inspection station for emissions inspection, it failed the low rpm/idle but passed the high rpm test for emissions. What could cause the car to fail low rpm/idle and pass the high rpm? The tech at the station said I was running too rich, how can I solve this problem without it being too costly?
