Default New member-would like some advice on my 5.0 rebuild

I am currently rebuilding my 5.0 out of my 95 GTS and have run into a problem with the length of the stroke with the new pistons. Would it be better to upgrade the connecting rods out crankshaft? Any help would be appreciated.
