Default REPLACED MAF WITH A 75MM FROM A 55MM AND CAR RUNS WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I REPLACED MY MAF WITH A 75MM PRO M MAF AND NOW CAR RUNS 10 TIMES WORESE !............i have a 90 gt with 302 has trickflow streetheat intake, 75mm throttlebody, 24# injectors, 70mm ford maf with 55mm stock 5.0 maf sensor, f303 cam, gt40 heads, msd ignition. the timing is set at 10 degree btdc, it will idle fine but when you get on it it sputters after 2500 rpm and im not sure why i have 31psi of fuel pressure with vaccum line connected

pro-m is one of those brands that they trick the computer to think different things to work with the injectors it is designed for. If you installed a maf that is calibrated to run with stock 19 ln injectors you are probably running rich as hell with the 24s.

There are two screws holding the electronics into the stock maf as well as the pro-m. When I showed up at my tuner and he saw that he rolled his eyes and told me I would be better with the stocker. I had it in the trunk so I watched him take out the screws, take out the electronics portion of the maf and very carefully put it in the pro-m housing - worked perfectly.

I put in flows and then I put in a CAI with a 70mm 19 lb pre-tuned bbk MAF. Your going to want to match the MAF pounds with your injectors.
