Default Building my own Overflow tank.

Decided to weld up my own overflow tank out of aluminum. Just one problem. I need a filler neck made of aluminum or metal of some kind I guess that will accept the factory low coolant sensor for my 92.

Anybody know where to find this?

Um, just make it long enough to accept the sensor.

Here is a Canton tank to show you how long they made it to fit the dangly cap sensor.

See how they use a threaded elbow fitting on the bottom with teflon tape and the two on the side for the sight tube.

Just make a similar design or buy this $132 dollar tank.

Well the sensor is part of the cap if I remember right. Could I just use a piece of tubing that fits tight? or does it need to actually thread on?
