have you started with the really simple/stupid things like checking to see if the thermostat is installed correctly(not backwards)? Have you tested it to see if it is opening or at what temp it is?

yes i have replaced the thermostat a few times now along with two water pumps and a 4 core radiator and new cap. ive also installed twin electric fans and the same problem occuring. ive put new heads and head gaskets and intake gasket on to make sure they were clogging the water jackets. it seems to not be getting and water thru to the thermostat or the sending unit because the fan does not kick on. im being told it may have a cracked block but wouldnt i see some sign like a leak or mixture of water/oil? the car still runs strong so im really confused????

did this just happen suddenly or after some kind of work? I was not as concerned with the thermostat not working as maybe being put in backwards? We all do dumb things.....
