Don't think it's adjustable but it's a common Autozone part.

it is not adjustable. replacements are like $65.00 at auto parts place. make sure you get one with lifetime warranty. I had to replace mine 5 times before I got one that actually worked.

Had similar problem with my 92 5.0 as javila2468. I had to replace the screws because a PO stripped the heads, just a heads up if someone was there before you at one time.
