feeling really stupid!

I have had a little bit to drink, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to put a picture on a post! help me please

Thanks for the help, however I still cannot put a pic on my post. I don't have the "add image" tab...

upload the image to tinypic.com and then use [img] [/img] tags with the image address in the middle
