Flywheel and Clutch Replacement

Flywheel and Clutch Replacement
Come to find out my throwout bearing is going out. I have a clunking sound when sitting at idle, but when i push my clutch in it goes away. Ive been under the assumption that is my throwout bearing. But since I have to dig in that far I am going to replace my flywheel and clutch. The problem I have is that the motor is out of an 2001 explorer and im not 100% sure what parts to order. Anyone have this motor in there car that they can throw some advice my way. Trying to make this a one day project instead of a week. Thanks.

should all be the same, the blot pattern for 302's on the crank iirc has been the same for years, which is why , many have been able to convert from auto to manual t-5's with ease
