Default 95 Must GT have to shove hard for third gear

Hi All,
Just got a 1995 Mustang Gt convertable I love it only problem is shifting into 3RD gear!! I have to "push hard" on the third gear position or the gears grind (not funny) I just drove it again today and if I as previously stated shift and then press HARD on the shift I get third gear.

Welcome Aboard!
Your clutch pressure plate fingers could be bent/damaged and
that could be why it is hard to shift into 3rd gear.
You will have to replace your clutch if your clutch is damaged.

Bent shift fork most likely caused by repeated and failed attempts at a high RPM 3rd gear shift. Very easy to do on T5's.

What do you suggest ??
AAmco is out of the question-they could not even properly fix my C-4 on my last Mustang.

Thanks
