Default AOD Manual Valve Body

Does it make sense on a mid-life (87k miles) AOD to do the manual valve body & maybe a shift kit>>>or do you incorporate it with a rebuild...

It looks like about $300-$350 in parts but what is the expected labor hours?

SilverFox the way to go?

Is the car ganna be a track car? If its a daily driver keep it without manuel v body..., just buy a transgo shift kit and it comes with the manuel valve body option standard.., then you can go either way!
