Check here http://www.prestone.com/products/print/424?popup=1

Using a hose won't really work to clear it out, it's only effective to test flow. The residue that builds up needs a chemical reaction to break it free from the metal it's stuck to.
Hence,

Your radiator is probably the culprit.
Your radiator is more than likely clogged/corroded and needs
to be replaced.
If you search their are alot of good aftermarket replacement radiators
out there.

I flushed the radiator and car does a lil better but still running warm. Drove car yesterday and car got over 210. So i stoppd snd let the car sit and it stabilized at 210 and didnt go up anymore. One of my friends says it could be a water pump issue

Your radiator and your water pump would be the two places
I would look. The water pump failed on my friends 94 GT and it
would overheat everytime he would try to drive it.
I would start looking at new water pumps.
The stock one core radiator can only cool so much though.
