Default T5 diagram

So, recently my tranny has gone out and it's a t5 WC. It's in my 93 mustang gt. Well, me and my dad have been looking for a diagram to tell us what the names for each part are. We're going to try and rebuild it by buying another bad tranny that has third blown, or fifth something like that and replace parts because we're broke at the moment. So if anyone has a diagram with word labels, or number labels that I can match to words, that would be amazing, thank you.

Thanks for the help but for some odd reason, when I open it with Word, it comes out in different coding. I'm using 2007 MSW if that has anything to do with it.

Anyone else have anything that could help? I'm pretty much stranded while my 50 is down lol

This has a break down of the t5 Just ignore the first part as its for a 4x4 transfer case that would mount to a t5 .

I'd say it would be more cost effective just teardown ur tranny and see what actually needs replacing. I repair my tranny myself 4 months ago and only paid $500 in part plus $90 for a stock replacement clutch. But i ended up replacing everything except the shaft.

Yeah, I did tear it down. This is our first rodeo with a t5 tranny, and my first time with any tranny. So we dropped it, and took everything off enough to see inside and what not. My dad believes it's the sincros but we need to figure out the names of each part ect ect so he actually has a better idea, and for those thinking we should just have a professional do it, you don't know my dad haha.

Also, we're trying to be as cheap as possible with everything. The car is on it's last thread. I've wrecked it, we beat it out to make it work, so the body is done. The oil pressure only goes up when I accelerate, and who now the tranny is done. So as of right now, it's kind of like run it till it does kind of thing. I need it to get to work, so after that I can save up and buy a whole new 50 and start on that project while this one dies haha.

Its really not all that hard to do the repair. On ur engine loosing oil pressure, u might want to check ur main bearings. I had a spun main bearing toward the front of the engine and it broke the main cap, main cap bolt, cracked the crank shaft, twisted a rod and #5 piston, broke 2 valves, broke time chain and timing cover, bent the balance, slashed the oil pan and lastly broke about a 3inch chunk of the block. All for loss of oil pressure that i didnt bother to inspect why it was happening. Easy fix became into a whole new long block.

Yeah, that's what my dad said it was. He said if that was the case he didn't want to deal with it. so oh well.

To who posted up the guide, thank you very much. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Bearing set and new oil pan gasket is less than $80...and u can do it with the engine on. I say that cuz i helped a friend change it out without taking out the motor.

It's a PDF file, not meant to be opened in word.
