Where to buy a second gear synchro...

How can you tell if you have a World Class or a Non World Class T-5? This number is stamped on the outside of the tranny:
RF-F4ZR-6394-CA
Also, looking at the the different rebuild kits at GearBox; which one should I get? I am mainly wanting to replace my second gear synchro, but not sure if I should replace more since I will be in the tranny.
